Overview: Kidding Around Yoga incorporates singing, jogging, dancing, games and SO MUCH MORE all woven into the original songs that have been especially created for little ones. They're having so much fun that they don’t even notice they're practicing yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathing). All classes end with the glorious trip to The Secret Garden where kids get that much deserved break from their day. Just come with a yoga mat and get ready to dance, play, stretch, and have fun with your fellow yogis (virtually)!
