Overview: Ballet Strength at Home is a toning mat-based workout. The class will use body and gravity resistance to strengthen your abs, legs, arms, and back. Our unique ballerina-developed workout lengthens, strengthens, and fires-up your muscles. All you need for class is a mat or towel and comfortable exercise clothes, and the free Zoom app on your phone or computer. Appropriate footwear is socks, sticky socks, or barefoot. No prior dance experience is needed.
