I’ve learned to love and appreciate many different exercise formats, made new lifelong friends, found an empowering sense of self-worth, and learned more clearly who I am. There is magical power in group fitness. Every single one of us (yes, that means YOU TOO) has the power to motivate, uplift, and inspire one another more than we realize. I feel lucky to get to call this my “job,” and look forward to getting to share a bit of it with you.
